Terms and Conditions

Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

This policy shall be applicable selectively (geographical coverage, product, customer and time periods).
Try & Buy benefits shall be applicable only if the product was bought when the item was on Try & Buy. Else normal category policy shall apply on the order. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided. No Returns categories: Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions: Category Conditions Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible. Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices. Undamaged Product The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged. The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller. Part 3 - General Rules for a successful Return
  1. In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
  2. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
  3. For products where installation is provided by Etokri's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Etokri authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
  4. For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opens that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
  5. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions: 1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition 2. Has missing parts or accessories 3. Is different from what was ordered 4. Is different from its description on the product detail page on Etokri.net Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  6. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
  7. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Etokri shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information."
  8. In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  9. Business orders can only be returned by the business customer if the product is damaged, defective or wrongly shipped and if the seller is duly notified within 3 days from the order receipt by the business customer. These orders can only be returned for a refund; however few sellers may offer a replacement. Some products cannot be returned and are marked on the product detail page.   10. After the 10 (Ten) days have passed, you will no longer be entitled to return your Device, unless it is defective. See Warranty Service below if you need to return your Device for service. This does not affect your consumer rights.
  11. When we have received and processed your return, our returns department will request the appropriate refund to the payment method used for the original order. View completed refunds by visiting the Order Summary in Your Account ( https://etokri.net/login.php).
  12. Note about pre-paid mailing labels and shipping cost refunds: Return postage costs are only reimbursed if the return is due to Etokri error. If a pre-paid label is not convenient in your location, indicate the cost of shipping you paid with your return (either on the packing slip inside of the box or written on the return label outside of the box). You may be reimbursed for your shipping costs according to our Etokri.net Return Policies policy.
  13. Devices are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty. If you are a consumer, you will also have consumer rights and this warranty is provided to you in addition to these rights and does not jeopardise your consumer rights in any way. This means that if your Device is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement from the retailer.
  14. The use of a Device is also subject to the License Agreement and Terms of Use. If you need service under the warranty or would prefer some personal assistance, please contact us so we can help determine how best to help you. We'll gladly provide assistance or a replacement according to the warranty guidelines or in accordance with your consumer rights.
  15. We offer return/replacement of Products ordered on Etokri within 3 days of delivery of the order. However, there are certain products such as Lingerie items, Jewellery items etc. specified as “Non-Returnable” on the Website in the Product description, for which our Sellers do not a offer return/replacement.
  16. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
  17. We endeavor to process your refunds within 7 business days from the date the returned product clears the Q.C at the Warehouse . However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Etokri. In case of any refund discrepancies, Etokri may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
